An Attitude "Youth-curios"---of...Love! & Day 299 CJSM-book IV

An Attitude “Youth-curious”---of…Love!

Search deep! Of archived first romantic-kiss
Allow indulgent heart-throb mist memory-bliss

Such very beautiful radiant maiden-pure
A strong-muscled handsome Adonis-sure

In each mega-tropolis, burg, remote farm
A curious boy or girl explores Love-charm

In steamy-grit of canyon-deep city-streets
At sprouted-towns slow-cadenced beats
In barn-lofts surrounded by golden-wheats
Where lake-water rowboat romantic-meets
Sweet-curiosity of Love!-tempt warm-heats

Across yonder subtle-march tread time-in-space
Map-design refine, assign, confine, resign trace

On summit-pinnacle deep-breathe Love’s-light
In valley-Lo embrace desire-wild spirit-delight

One day, somewhere beyond, flicker amber-coal
Rejoice! Not-lost amnesia-like attitude live-soul

Remember-when whisper-wind reverberate heart-tingle
Endorphins-spike sweet-savor “Love-curiosity” a-jingle

In city-park, shadow -station, snipe-hunt with a perfumed Miss
Short-breathed, high-flying “I’m-in-Love!” tempestuous-kiss

Candy! Flowers! Dinner! Movie!  Tux! Exchange: “I do’s!”
Too soon-mundane drudgery often denies any “Good news”

Years morph longevity to howl the tethered lonesome wolf-wild
Practiced expected-only habit fosters couch-potato boor-styled

One fine day---too-soon, too-late…”One”- partner absent-gone
“Love!” survive-thrives “Youth-curious” Love-me-tender…song

On Treasure-measure “Youth-curious”---of…Love! Attitude!
Revere: Commandments-10---sacred beloved…8-Beatitudes!

Amen!

Day 299

Reaban’s cheeseburgers in the white-sleeve wrappers

Funny how memory-focus habits seeming “little” things-of-life in history, I reckon.
I have a little rubber-dog cherished from infancy; it still squeaks! Wonder where the floating plastic duck with a bright orange painted beak has waddle off to? Hmm!
Maybe I “came-up” at a Good time? Again? Hmm!? We had very little in the way of material treasures, true enough; but, we enjoyed family---and, mostly…Love! I am: non-materialistic!
Even---the rubber dog (now, some 70-years contorted)…and, my old “Quack-y”-bath pal shadow a treasure-measure of “value” only in my mind’s-emotional recollection. Still-Worthy!
And, ole Reaban’s Drive-in? A fast-food hamburger joint with a quick, and, cheap, hunger pain- satisfier; served my “needs” many a day; seems the kids loved the treats, as well.
Probably, the fond memories of paper-sleeve clad mini-burgers relate more to “what” we did than to the sustenance. But, no matter the connection, I am happy-proud that they remember.

Ah! Cookie Jar Sweet (25¢ white sleeve burger) Memories!
