96-Year “Young”-Lady!
Serendipity: Saints among us!
Angels, too!
By happenstance, I met a “Lady” last
week; she spoke little, but had quite a lot to teach.
That fortuitous, though brief,
acquaintance prompted me to write the following letter:
Dear Lady-Miss Pauline,
I would like to express my pleasure at
making your acquaintance recently and my gratitude in seeing, first hand, the
joy you exemplified resultant of your Christian practice. Bravo! Madam!
Chronological age has always seemed of
little relevance to me; you prove my assumption. “Young-at-heart” rings true
demonstrated by your humble sincerity and perfect sense-of-humor. Clear eyes, a
genuine-easy smile, a kind heart, co-operative soul and soaring spirit combined
in a delightful personality to impress a positive memory of our encounter.
Thank you!
We drove past your home after that
meeting and viewed your beautiful garden of lovely flowers---Fantastic! I am
told that the colorful array of myriad delight begins in early spring and
evolves through summer well into the fall. With your saintly manner, it would
not surprise me, very much, if you could touch the winter-snow and make a
flower grow. You are a pure-pleasure and quite a subtle-treasure. Pray I: May
God continue to Bless you! Amen! To that! Amen!
I wanted to take particular time to
“Thank you” in proper space for your angelic-demeanor.
You epitomize my thoughts as a
summation of poetic Christian mannerisms:
A sacred offering of Good! toward each other
The very best we give is Love! to one another
Live! Love! Laugh! Focus
contemplate!
Vigilant be! Not one future be
ever late!
Faith! Family! Freedom! Might
just be all there really---Is!
In one eternal instant the only
mercy-blessing will be…His!
May you enjoy many more St. Patrick Day Happy Birthday! Celebrations.
Congratulations!
Bon Chance! Mon Amie! Carl
