Came to midnight mass! And, I was absent in my pew!

 

Lord! Seminary-bound! A boy-confusion swirl!?

Thee sent my-way a lovely-sacred Protestant-girl!

 

Soon I held a soft-hand and kissed sweet honey-lips

She won me heart and even laughed at me silly-quips

 

Never had a dime! Easy-claim to be non-materialistic!

What? I lacked in coin I made up in style Bombastic!

 

Turned “cabbage” into silver-gold with Impossible-deals

Always blatant straight-forward espousing honest-appeals

 

No!---Of course!...I never had any tally-cash! Went to the banks!

Borrow-enough to make them scared to say “No!” Gee! Thanks!

 

We traveled wide and Wild! Reality! & Fantasy! Adventure-bound!

Lived like “King & Queen”! Amen! Salvation! Serendipity-found!

 

And---Sacred! Holy! Celestial! Blessings!...Heaven progeny-Love!

My Perfect- life forever Blessed-exceedingly with Family from above!
