Faith! Hope! Charity! Miss Liberty to Oregon Coast

Love! Live! Laugh! Sage triangle offers truest toast

Humble! Humor! Honest! Comforted to silent boast

Faith! Family! Freedom! Each reach important most

Praise! Honor! Glory! Father! Son! And, Holy Ghost!

 

Pray! Know I! No conjured demonic evil-sacred good

Of right or wrong demarcation line respect each should

Wise choice in echoed reverence Praise! Him we could

Stain not pure soul nor slander spirit if simply I would

 

Whence comes comfort-holy on undeserving pre-pubescent

Much early on Oh! Holy days delightfully strict-reverent

 

Blessed-born of heaven’s lucky star-“Good! Better! Best!”

Yet, humble core defeats conceit not rung above the rest

 

Through decades kissed life-wild love adventure found

 Exemplar value-virtue edify innocent religious-bound

 

Some far off time might learn reflect sweet lessons taught

Be just half as worthy as those who this wretch has taught

 

Learned to appreciate God’s awesome gift Nature defined

Found heart-touched song religious timber-tenet refined

 

Professed belief severely tested through fantasy circus

Challenged decided “truths” unmercifully a-purpose

 

Cast aside faux premised-conclusions unable stand alone

Honed razor-focus golden glow “Thy Will” bright-shone

 

“Code” self-imposed as others declared that he just ain’t

No angel-thought; confess I’ll never reach a heaven-saint

 

All answers clearly understood! What was that question?

Many men upon the walk! Which one be lonely pedestrian?

 

“Do you ever feel like crying without reason?” Came a query

“Yes!” Honest-replied vacant sharp-sword-ed petulant parry

 

Began that instant a religious journey years to seventeen

A most humbling education elucidated supernatural scene
