Adulterated!?

 

Where did "Pure"-go?

 

Seems the "adults" got ahold of everything valuable!

 

Think-about these once-sacred "virtues":

 

Religion!

Education!

Honesty!

Truth!

Integrity!

Fidelity!

Purity!

Marriage!

Baseball!

Cool!

Leadership!

Courage!

Simple!

Humble!

Confession!

Atonement!

Laughter!

Love!

Life!

Faith!

Family!

Freedom!

Value!

Virtue!

Memories!

 

There are myriad-more to add to the eternal-litany!

 

If one has lived long-enough to know the difference---

a wounded-heart...could use a little-salving Grace!

 

Sure-enough seems when the "adults" get-involved any

"goodness" inherent in any-subject becomes "adulterated".

 

Hmm!---Just a vacant-thought!...Reckon that's so!

 

One of many-reasons---I decided long-ago...not to ever grow-up!
