Plus:

Heaven’s Golden Call
(a humble-offered song)

Ring that sacred bell to heaven early Sunday morn
Welcome fellow worshipers to religion new re-born
Communion of eternal Saints with celestial angels sing
Praise! Honor! Glory! Jesus! Pray! Let us all begin again

On bended knee before the Lord in honest open prayer
Forgive all my transgressions, Lord! Really, I do care

With bowed head supplicant before Thy golden altar
A sinner pleads redemption for many a stumble-falter

Lord! I am not worthy to humble-kneel before Thy throne
Savored sweet of sinful world, on eagle wings I’ve flown

Without Thy Love it’s all for naught, time be too soon gone
Make my sunset beautiful; allow a glorious tomorrow dawn

Ring that sacred bell to heaven early any morn
Welcome fellow worshipers to religion new re-born
Communion of eternal Saints with celestial angels sing
Praise! Honor! Glory! Jesus! Pray! Let us all begin again

I’ll be there on Christmas Day and sunrise Easter morn
Might miss a few, the Sabbath, not hearing Gabriel’s horn

That lovely lady in the rear pew always angelic looks
Soft eyes downcast, she venerates a worn prayer book

Seven days each week she appears in subdued attendance
In devout reverence offers a few coins honored-recompense

An awesome progeny oft join her to offer a loving hand
One day I may be blessed to in her hallowed shadow stand

Ring that sacred bell to heaven early every morn
Welcome fellow worshipers to religion new re-born
Communion of eternal Saints with celestial angels sing
Praise! Honor! Glory! Jesus! Pray! Let us all begin again
Praise! Honor! Glory! Jesus! Pray! Let us all begin again

Amen! Amen! Amen! A-amen!
