Stirrings

Body, Soul and Spirit

In a surreal dream-image through a dichotomous awake-sleep, Jesus revealed reality with: “The body holds the life of man; the soul is the life of the body; the spirit is the life of the soul.”
Individual life for man exists within a human body which is mortal and one day shall die. The life of that body is an eternal soul which precludes death in the physical; the life of that infinite soul is the spirit, just as present in reality as is the soul to the body in life. Within that spirit exists the quintessence which is God who is the very essence of Love! Amen!
Within the trinity, God the Father is the Source-Authority from whom all creation flows; Jesus is the Blessing of God’s Love for man; the Holy Spirit is the Grace dispensing that Love. In triangle unison they focus a single intent and purpose which is God’s Love!
Have you ever felt like crying but, there was no outward experience or inward thought to suggest such emotion? The feeling just---happened? Wet tears well up behind the eyes for no apparent reason, like a pressure demanding escape, yet, puzzlement as to cause.
That sensation, Mon Amie, is the Grace of the Holy Spirit who dwells within thee; such an experienced phenomena is called: a Stirring, referring to the Love of the Holy Spirit of the Trinity expanding within the soul in reaction to some Goodness indulged by the mind of the host body; much like a loving parent bestowing “that” proud look of approval upon a child who has just accomplished some Good of his own accord displaying positive judgment.
The “Stirrings” are random and vary in intensity lending them to a rating based on a projected scale of 1 to 10. The first three intensities might suggest the pressure of crying a tear while mid-numbers, 4, 5 and 6 might cause one to wipe at a wetness at the corner of the eye and the next three emotional focuses leave one crying like a baby. If a ten could be revealed, the ecstatic exaltation experienced might cause the physical body to expire. Such revelation to God’s Love could exceed man’s limited capability and understanding; any intensity of that level must be akin to celestial bliss probably found only in Heaven.
All in all, the emotional ride is a most humbling experience which cannot be called at will.
Man can only emulate a minute suggestion of the Love that is God. We seek to know Him, to understand His way, to experience His Goodness and come away only with knowledge that He remains a divine mystery. The very best we might hope to accomplish: Humble Love toward man.
Amen!

All we truly have to offer is Good toward each other
The very best we have to give is Love to one another

When in my time within my space allow me exemplar stir the Spirit-Grace!
Amen!
