At-bat!
If one dons the team-uniform, appears on
the field at game-time,
chooses a
“slugger”-weapon and steps in the white-lined box---
keep your head
up, your eye on the ball and protect the plate…
like life, play fair and hard---and…maybe
tally the score at the end.
It is not the “score”---the real-winners don’t care…only thy “spirit”
must be satiated!
