 A covenant---“We the people…”…Manifesto!

(Part 3 of 3)

 

Preamble to the Constitution of the United States:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish

Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the

general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,

do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

 

“We the people…” desire and demand respect, reverence and adherence to Constitutional manifest in clear, concise, precise Executive! Legislative! & Judicial initial-consideration & review-remedy absent any obfuscation of prescribed exactitude in Truth absent prejudice.

 

 “We the people…” respectfully request the following manifest considerations, to wit:

 

Manifest  1) Respect and reverence for the wording and intent of this holy-sacred Constitution document;

Manifest  2) Legislate! Adjudicate! Execute! Constitutional laws with truth, equality and justice for all;

Manifest  3) Focus-uphold the Freedom-postulates of the document and the Bill-of-rights to the letter;

Manifest  4) Terminate the raging-war conflagration on our sacred-mantra: Faith! Family! Freedom!

Manifest  5) Seek out, expose, and eradicate, subversive and seditious activities undermining the country;

Manifest  6-a) Executive---vacate “executive orders” to accomplish Constitutional duties & responsibilities;

              6-b) Legislative---Legislate clear and concise only laws which will stand Constitutional-muster;

              6-c) Judicial---Leave “all” personal-opinion absent when interpreting U. S. Constitutional law;

Manifest  7) “Hired”-help---Respect! Honor! Appreciate! “We the people…” at whose discretion you serve;

Manifest  8) Love! Honor! Respect! This Greatest nation ever on earth---and, “We…”…your employer!

Manifest  9) Earn “We the people…” appreciated-respect taking Pride in performing Constitutional duties;

Manifest 10) Respect & Honor “We the people…” by cherishing this holy-sacred Constitution of the U.S.

 

“Specific”-demands:

 

1) Prosecute an immediate end to the raging-war on Faith! Family! & Freedom!

2) Review all bureaucracy-offices for “Worth” rescinding unnecessary burdens!

3) Limit and dismiss department-Redundancy throughout valueless-bureaucracy!

4) Determine “Cabinet” offices unnecessary or obsolete toward positive-value!

 

And, finally---

 

5) A Supreme Court judicial review of the Constitutionality of “public”-tax revenue

accrued to the “government” from “We the people…” and kept separate as funds to

finance “special” retirement accounts for employees of “We the people…” which

renders the taxpayer as inferior and less worthy than “Hired”-help employees of said

taxpayer benefitting the “special” group with higher benefits---All consideration of

such “inequality” being weighed in light of 1954…Brown v. Board of Education!

 

Such “separate” but obviously “unequal” disparagement is “UN-Constitutional”!

 

If “separate but equal” in public tax-money funded education is not Constitutional,

then “separate but un-equal” tax funding of public pensions is not  Constitutional!
