“Haley’s-comet!” Securing Mom’s-chair requires “adult”-supervision

 

Dad set-off a big-bag-of-explosives (by-accident!?) didn’t initiate labor-pains

If I could get another Becky-girl, I’d sure-enough do it all the same-again

 

Adventure-horses-, creek-, myriad-pets; fun-years to get Becky started in school

Played “drown” Dad horse-playing in the creek; “White-stallion” wild in the pool

 

Taught Becky to shoot (pretty good-shot); she says, “4-Runner can ‘fly’!”

Works awfully-hard on our farm; there’s nothing she simply refuses to-try

 

Bought cattle-steers to “fatten” for market---Grow! Buster! Grow!...He sure did!

Sister-Beth picked a slim critter---Farmer-Becky smiled…she got 50-more quid!

 

My-“shadow” girl! We played “cowboy” on horseback, Morel-hunted and fished

She often went with me to play ole Fox-Lake, row-boated, tasty bar-b-que dished

 

Vacationed and travelled! Bred horses! Had-pets! New-events every-day!

So many smiles, laughs and kisses! Bad-Tricked little-girl on a lottery-play!

 

Had sheep! Ole-“Spot”! Always helped-Daddy! Brick-layer girl!

Viewed full-moon with telescope! Saw Saturn myriad-moon swirl!

 

To Ole-California alone at age-12!---To college one day…a Civil-Engineer!

Bought a red-Mustang white-top convertible chariot! Gave her a support cheer!

 

Backpacked-Europe! Alone! For 3-months At age-22! Returned with a “prize”!

Brought-home Alexander “Herr” Baur! A 192-cm. boese-Bub German-size!

 

Whole-family to Fatherland for the great-wedding! Fantastic-trip!

Home to America! Gave us Professor-Lauren & Pistola-Annie slips!

 

Memory-building across the quick-years! So many-adventure-events

Faith! Family! Freedom! sacred-mantra! Live! Love! Laugh!-hints!!

 

Girls ride like-the-wind! Equestrian cross-country! Dressage! Stadium-jumping!

Now our Bohleysville-farm offers “country-life” for the family happily-bumping!
