Equine love-culture (Part 2 of 2)

Thrilling-spectate heartstrings strum wild-flow yon symphony-in-motion
Hopeful intent-of-purpose rise and fall while singing emotion-of-devotion

Morn has evaporated-passed, come to that sun high-noon luncheon deserved-place
A few hours rest to serve the mounts anticipating excitement of sly fox-hound chase

Through hardwood forest, deep-wide stream, evergreen-copse thicket flummox trick
Like life---“The joy is in the journey!” Dare challenge-taste sweet awesome life’s-lick

Onward-westward marching bright sun-trek gathering fluff white softness-cloud
Embrace rainbows, chase flutter-bys, ride spirit wild-unicorn---Dreams! Allowed!

Return in silent-sway stable-direction to yet button-up another sacred day
Rub-down noble beast to hay and grain promising tomorrow again to play

Clean-shine and store the utility tack on racks in the leather-aroma room
Latch, double-check stall doors, sweep clean the alley with a floor-broom

Call “Good night! Sweet Prince!” with love-words to thy “date’s” repose
Turn “off” stable lights as darkness pales to a rising full-moon day’s close

Sweet dreams! Sweet child! Thanks for letting simple-humble I participate
Upon the stable-’morrow promise-dawn, again, fun-times I fully anticipate!

For, to be like thee, I sacred pray:

Might live I slight south of high-sun noon
A bit west of alabaster-pale orb full-moon

Amen!

Until, the dawn---noble…stable mate! My friend!
Pleasant dreams! Dearest child, Darling! No end!?

(Inspiration for this rhyme came from:
Avalon Stables
and the fabulous Silver Springs Pony Club
riders, families, instructors and administration)

Continued success! God bless!

Thank you!
