Happy Birthday! Mom!

Happy Birthday! Mom!

Jesus blesses God’s cherished children with a father and a mother
His plan is always far best; for better examples, there is no other

Thanks Mom! I love you! Mom!

Dear Mother:

Often in my attempted prayer of perpetual Praise! Honor! Glory! to the Deity, I offer random acts-of-kindness as a Christian-sign of reverence to my Faith and deference to a humble spirit. If I succeed in these purposed-endeavors, I pray that He witnesses a pure-intent of His servant. Life is the most precious gift; my small example is to return it to Him through grace personified.
For these quests begging Redemption for a sinner hopeful for eternal Salvation, I Thank you!
Oft have I heard an errant parent suggest of correction toward a recalcitrant child, “When he’s twelve, I’ll fix that.” Ludicrous in intent, an untruth of evil-purpose, procrastinated responsibility as custodial-guardian of God’s best gift---Children. Such gibberish late by seven years! A purposed-intent of love-neglect fashioned to excuse pathetic performance of duty demanded.
By age five, the die is firmly cast with infused-values which manifest in life-virtues. Twelve misses the mark by too many years. Too late! Adult individual change becomes most difficult, then achievable only through a truly contrite heart and a humble spirit of intent and purpose.
Thank you! Mom and Dad! For a narrow, yet clear trace upon which to embark on the challenge of life. And, too, even more important in Christian reflection---for…Good example!
You provided, first, that most precious and important ingredient: Love!
Tender Love! Abundant Love! Perpetual Love! Eternal Love! Un-conditional Love! Amen!
Thanks for your devoted time, a roof over my head, delicious food-fare, impeccably prepared, a spotless house, clean clothes. Spot-on stylish fashion class, excellent culinary talent of a gourmet chef, prettiest Mom of all. In seventh grade a couple of cuties of the female persuasion somehow caught my eye; you brought chocolate-covered cherries for me to give as Christmas gifts, a box for each. Thank you! Also, for that necessary trinity: Faith! Family! Freedom!
These valued lessons, I pray, I learned well and practice often reflecting your exemplar Christian charity with pure-intent and humble-purpose. Your example does not go un-noticed; Candy often comments on how you never had anything unkind to say, of anyone, and of Dad’s delightful generosity. Those are ringing endorsements of appreciative notice. I can only hope and pray that one day a recalcitrant sinner such as I might earn the right to stand in the shadow of such saints; even, angels. That aura-glow is truly the stirring Grace of the Holy Spirit within.

Amen!

Happy Birthday! Mom! Thanks! Mom!

Love, Carl
