yon pale yellow-glow sunset inviting evening’s frosty-dusk

as I trek winter-fields along the frigid-woods approaching

silver-blue ice-frozen still-life lake silent-venue keen to

spy shy whitetail harem-herd awake from day’s quiet-nap.

 

Perchance!? To catch-a-glimpse of Magic-reindeer flight

a bright red-sleigh mastered by the generous Santa Claus!

 

’Tis pure-Innocent Fantasy I Value-live to Virtue-Appreciate!

 

Child Magic-Innocence (simple-humble)-I gained one full-Measure!

Dare! Fantasy-fly far-yonder cosmos Amazing-wonder Treasure!

Joy! & Peace! Absent obfuscated Worry!-Fear! A sacred-Pleasure!

 

Rainbows! Butterflies! Unicorns! Magic!-Fantasy!

Live! Love! & Laugh! Adventure-Wild! Serendipity!

 

Red-nose Rudolph-reindeer snowflake-dance dear Santa see

Red sleigh Christmas-Love venue Peace-on-earth completely

For this holy-day I have-been---and am…and may Future even be!?

 

Winter filigree-freeze shall gentle-rain succumb to Spring

flower-blossom hazing Summer-heat thunderstorm ushering

a radiant-regal Autiumnal-wardtobe inviting snowflake-white!

 

And I perhaps---might Delight-partake…holy-sacred Appreciation!

To Life-Love holy spirit-blood Innocent-Fantasy Wild-Celebration!

 

Delighted-sparkle children eyes-Innocent expectant Santa-surprise!

Blue-black midnight bright-wonder diamond-twinkle canopy-skies!

’Tis True!---Innocent-I believe…Red-nose Rudolph & kin cosmos-flies!

 

If thee-“adults” might just abandon that unflattering masquerade?

Then child-Innocent sing Joy! & Peace! Absent any evil-charade!

Might “All” in unison find holy-sacred embrace in a Jesus-parade?

 

Can’t (Won’t) discover lost-trace a-purpose refuse to easy-see?

Too-huge myriad-issues for a holy-sacred simple Truth-Trinity?

Might child-recovered Celebrated-Innocence Appreciatingly?
