Lord! I appreciate! Amen!
(a
prayer of Thanksgiving-Appreciation! Amen!)
Dear
Lord!---I appreciate Love!...Thank
Thee! Amen!
What another Fantastic! Amazing! Perfect! day to show Love and sincere appreciation!
January 19th!---But…It could
be just any “Christmas!”-day of the entire year! Amen! If you choose an attitude of complete and sacred “Appreciation” of---everything and…everybody!
An old gospel crooner once begged: Why
can’t everyday be Christmas!? It “Is” for
any who choose.
I awoke to the dawn and thanked God for another day! One more chance to appreciate!
“No”
complaints about the weather! Aches! Pains! Plight! Position! Just---Thankful!---Amen!
And---while every day is special to me…Today is Brother’s birthday and Niece Lisa’s too!
Off with Lovely Lady Candice Leah to get a birthday cake and lottery ticket
gifts---Fun!
Yeah! Sure-enough
reckon-so---it’s windy and cloudy!...Just---another…Perfect! day!
Each nuance of time-through-space is exciting---because…I take notice to appreciate!
We are each gifted a time-through-space---What(?)
we do with it is…our personal choice!
So?---I a-purpose appreciate!...Life! Love!
Laughter! Faith! Family! Freedom! Amen!
Non-materialistic---I tally not silver nor
gold!...My Treasure! Measure! Pleasure!
Is Love!
Two “positives” necessary each
day?---Learn something new!...Make somebody smile!
My spirit is satiated with blessed Peace!---It is sustained with a
practiced…Appreciation!
Focus-Life!---Blossom-Love!...Celebrate a Peace!-bouquet!
Amen!
Thank
Thee! Lord! Mom & Dad! Relatives! Kin! Friends! Acquaintances! All—spirits! Amen!
And, while I entertain no faux-material
worship, I do so cherish my metaphoric Golden-crown embellished with
precious gems: Lovely-Lady Candice Leah!
Caty! Becky! Z. Tyler! Lauren! Lexi! Anna Marie! Gabriella Leigh! Graig!
(Grandpa Ted!) Alex! Jennifer! And All!
So very Blessed! When our girls were in school I’d have the horses tacked
and ready for Fun-’n-games playing “Drown-Dad”
racing and horse-playing in the creek. I often took Becky out of school to go
drive the cart while I played gold; took the Z-Man, too. I cheated on the score card so he would win until he turned 12; then
I couldn’t beat him! I had rescued
Brother John back in his school days in a similar manner; that boy was always sick with a toothache or cough! Hmm!?
One hot August day I went to 7-11 to buy
a lottery ticket. I got in line behind a 10-yesr-old boy with a huge Icee (Iced drink) and a hand full of
change which he dropped on the counter. The clerk patiently counted the “short”
coins and was about to tell the lad he didn’t have enough money. I motioned to
give the boy his treasure and I paid the difference; the kid never knew!
But---I knew…and appreciated all of it! The hot-day! The young man who reminded me
of “me”! His lacking change! My ample coin! His happy result! The lesson to the
clerk! Happiness!
You do not need to “Direct” or “Search”
or “Plot & scheme” to attain a Happy-Peace!
It’s all
there---gift-wrapped by the Creator!...He Loves you! “Thy”-will be done! Amen!
Stop! Simply quit
trying to sculpt a life you “thunk”-up!
Allow His-will to be accomplished!
The easiest I discovered in 76 long
years of trial-and-error is simply to
humble Appreciate!
Faith! Family!
Freedom!
Might just be all there really---Is!
In
one eternal-instant the only mercy-blessing will be…His!
I
fully Appreciate such sentiment!
Amen! Amen!
Amen!
