Grey-black clouds low-leaden; in their shadow heather reddens

 

Lassie soft alabaster complexion; Laddie surreptitious inspection

 

K-9 red phantom upon yon bog; pretty Irish-setter hunting-dog

 

“Whisper-wind” a fiddle tune; upon dusk shore song of the loon

 

Oh! Irish Sea deep emerald-green; white sails dance a cadence-scene

 

Crosses high spire Christian towns; Orange & Green believers abound

 

Trout-laden streams crystal-clear; “Old Clancy” fish hides at a bank near

 

Proud! be any potato-farmer; a spunky-brogue enhances a “charmer”

 

An Irish fog chills to cold bones; beautiful fences constructed of stones

 

Yon lorry bumps along rough road fluid; under a bridge lives mean ole druid

 

Bats assail night time belfry; Novena bells toll Redemption-Salvation plea

 

Across yon wispy, foggy moors; hurry onward afore eerie-ghost implores

 

Seeming perpetual “rain”? A mist! Ignore the moisture; umbrella enlist

 

Sun-bathe upon a rocky beach, a must; Irish don’t tan---they simply…rust!

 

Charming Celtic houses thatched roof; I understand not one word, my Proof!

 

But, rare beauty in a flowing gown; bows her fiddle to dissipate me frown

 

Irish blood in these veins flows, they say;  confess-I be Irish St. Patrick’s Day!

 

Kiss me! Darlin’ Sweet and long-slow! True! I be Irish! For sure! I know!

 

Dare! Say I!? Yes! I wore a Scottish kilt! Chill-wind so cold I saw a Shamrock wilt!

 

I truly love the Isles! Irish or Cayman! For that cute accent? I don’t blame ’em!

 

All-in-all the “Green” is pretty stylish! God bless the holy-sacred Irish!

A fifty-year demonic-evil tragedy finally torn asunder

 

The Satanic-war rages on Faith! Family! Freedom! Trinity!

Evil finally dealt a sacred Victory-defeat Justice propensity

 

S-A-L-U-T-E! To holy-sacred intrepid warriors like Helen and Celeste

In evil’s face on cruel front lines defending Innocents, doing their best

 

Revelation proclaims: In the end the “Good”-guys Win! Celebrate!

Precious! Innocent! Sacred! Vulnerable-life Saints holy consecrate

Justice! Bravely lifts the politico-blindfold as babies we venerate

The battlefield effort-triumphs of holy Christian-soldiers vindicate

Beware! An evil-enemy will double-down to demon-lies exacerbate

Girdled with the breastplate of Truth! Justice! Right! We facilitate!

 

“Righteous”-victory salves the cancer-fester wound evil resulted

Our country will heal with keloid-scar to remind us of the insulted

 

Onward! The evil-“war” is not total won this Glorious-Redemption

Relieve-not thy guard as demonic-warfare continues its conscription

 

We, the people… own this Great county---our…sovereign United States

Be forever vigilant!---Thankful! To God!...lest sacred Freedom! escapes

 

Evil has suffered a righteous-Justice! Loss but are not vanquished

They live to fight another day---and shall…never fully relinquish

 

Yet! We celebrate our immense long-awaited victory-at-law in Peace!

Unfaltering in our resolve for Justice! for any and all our covenant-lease

A hanging nest basket, food shelf. couple of perches, 

final door alignment, a few more screen fasteners, etc.

New tenants move in tomorrow morning. Yea!

Lady Candice loves it; the doves will, too.

Took me a full year to get it done!? 3-weeks! Really!

2021 Memorial Day they chain sawed my leg off, 

I was back walking in 3 months and 5 days! Hmm!

So? I got delayed by one year---and now...it's Done!

"Equality of pensions" Part 2 of 3

 Brown v, Board of Education of Topeka (1954)

 

The Supreme Court got it exactly correct: “Separate but equal”

with regard to racial discrimination in schools is unconstitutional!

 

Since “Separate but equal” is held unconstitutional with regard

to education might we rightly conclude that such inequality is also

unconstitutional under the Law-of-the-land, the U.S. Constitution,

where “pensions” funded by tax dollars for “hired-help” politicos

and all other “public” employees (Federal! State! Local!) are more

generous to the “hired-help” under their retirement plans than is the

Social Security fund is to the citizenry at large? I wonder. Hmm!

 

Seems-logical! -Just! -Fair!  If “Separate but equal” is judged

Unconstitutional discriminating by “race”, then most certainly

“Separate but Un equal” in regard to “public” pensions

(pensions funded with public “tax” monies) must disburse

equal benefits under the plan. The money belongs to the people!

 

Some (any & all) hired-help politico cannot usurp “granted”

by-the-people authority and abuse the law for their benefit

along with various bureaucracies and agencies and unions at

the unfair discrimination of collective citizens, Seniors!

 

These “personal-bonanza” illegally funded Ponzzi-scheme pension

funds should be abolished with the monies in them directed and

deposited into the sacred Social Security Retirement Fund! Then,

with the added monies, disbursements could be doubled or tripled

to current recipients and fund the system in-perpetuity! Amen!

 

The benefit  of “saving” Social security and increasing individual

disbursements is secondary. Such “justice” abolishing abject

discrimination by faux-law established “elite” pension funds

reaffirms the “intent” and “integrity” of the U. S. Constitution

which seeks to protect all citizens from political autocracy.

 

Place any-all-every “public” retirement (pension) fund monies

into the Social Security System Fund and, further, apply the

rules for distribution equally applicable to all eligible recipients.

 

Fund the system! Resolve discrimination-illegalities! Reinstate integrity!

 

“”Separate but equal!” Un-constitutional!

“Separate but unequal!” Un-constitutional!

"Equal" Justice Pensions!

 “Pension” Equal-justice!

 

Oh! Woe is me! Where to start the necessary “peaceful” revolution back to the Constitution?

Where to “begin”? Indeed! A singular idea: Begin where the very most good can be done!

Pensions! How about this novel idea for debate and consideration, Ladies & Gentlemen: Let’s take any and all pensions funded with money belonging to We the people “public” retirement and place the monies therein under one umbrella to be divided up like social security payments. These monies belong in the “We the people” Social Security fund for equal distribution!

I’m good at math and I’d be willing to bet that little constitutional-correction would fund “Social Security”---Forever! Seniors! Wake-up!

“Private” funded pensions may remain private. The difference is in the very “funding” of the monetary monoliths; public pensions are funded by “We the people” for the “common good”; private pensions are specific in their distribution dependent upon the deposits in the pension account by certain groups of individuals. Public money belongs to “the people”, not to the government which is an entity that exists only because “We the people” agree to its being by virtue of the U.S. Constitution. The “gov’ment” has NO money; it is OUR money!

So, to the self-proclaimed “elites” among us, the “politicos” have set up faux “pensions”, Federal! State! & Local! with our money and funded themselves a very nice retirement scheme. A Ponzi scheme legitimized by corruption---the confiscation of “public” (our We the people)…money funds dedicated to the faux- “elites” advantage!)

We the people allowed the criminals to mastermind this sin---let’s undo it…it’s high time!

P.T. Barnum said it best: “There’s a sucker born every minute!” Yes!---but…not all of us!

So? Now that the absolute fraud is exposed for what it is, how do We the people fix it? Hmm!

Well! Many fellow citizens are running for political office right now with grandiose empty and vacant promises; maybe just one of them might run on a platform-plank to put all (and---I mean…ALL) public money funded pensions in one account---namely…Social security!

My fellow citizens running for public office, do you want every single senior vote!? Try this!

Announce your support for this long needed “revolutionary” idea. The people will Love you!

Let’s see who really reveres the Constitution! I submit that “separate” pensions funded with “public” monies are unconstitutional under the most sacred law-of-the-land! U.S. Constitution!

What say you---my U.S. Supreme Court justices?...here is a “real” constitutional issue! One in dire need of your constitutional legal consideration and ruling. I won’t hold my breath!

 

Justice-for-all!---Begin with unequal separate public pensions…all publically funded!

 

I pray my “hired help” politicos---utilize supreme wisdom…in this worthy challenge!

 

I will float this idea to a politico now seeking my vote---let’s see if it flies!...I Hope!

Perhaps he might file a law suit with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging such elite pensions?

Of course, I do realize that the “justices” will need to recuse themselves if such is personal!

 

Skeptical!? Hell! Yes!---Pacifict!? Hell! No!...Surrender? NEVER!

 

Let us begin the peaceful journey back to the sacred U.S. Constitution right here & now!

Seems my mind “runs” 70+ m.p.h. on 15 subjects, all-at-once!

My body used to do that; now, age precludes many things!

 

So? I am deep in thought!?---Ring! Ring!...”Hello!”

 

It is now my choice to “appreciate” the interruption!?

 

I can be “grumpy” at the inconvenience; or I can “appreciate”!?

 

“Hello!” In a kindly voice. “So nice of you to call. I was just thinking

about you; I’m happy to hear your voice. How are you?” Sincerity!

 

Someone took a few minutes out of their busy life to---dial…you!

 

Be appreciative of the Love! They spent their time for you!

 

And---this attitude-of-appreciation can become habit if we can

simply begin in-effort to be kind and considerate to other people.
