Egg-shell!?---Really!?...Umm! Hmm!

 

My Dad died in 1971---he was 48...I was 24! Painful! & Lasting!

 

A-friend came to pay his-respects; I appreciated the-kindness.

He said, " Life is as fragile as an egg-shell!"---Wow!...Profound!

 

I never forgot that apt-analogy! Still, I pushed the-"envelope"!

Made it 73-years; so-far! Still-"kicking"! Still "Kicking-it!"

 

Bored! Lonely! Afraid!---America's conscious-mantra!...Not...mine!

 

I-choose to-"Live! -Love! -Laugh!"---let the-Devil...take the-rest!

Retired when I was-40!---Unafraid!...Never been-Bored! nor-Lonely!

 

Want-to know if you are afraid to-"die"?---Ask?...Are you afraid to-"Live"!?
