If thee are lonely, I might comfort you with friend-attractions!?

If ye are afraid, Fear-not! I will stand with you strong-in-truth!

If thee are prone to be bored, I will teach you quadratic-equations!

If ye are filled with hate, I will show you Christian-generosity!

If thee know-not how to Live, I will take you on life’s-adventure!

If ye are absent Love! I shall offer and receive sacred-Love!

If thee cannot Laugh! I shall teach thee the humor-of-self!

If ye have lost Faith! I shall endeavor to be Christian-exemplar!

If ye have no Family! I will afford you respect and Hope!

If thee knows-not Freedom! I will grant thee fair-Liberty!

If thee should “fail”, I will be thy encouragement-to-success!

If thee are in any-need, I will pray for thee---and…for me!

Lies!?---Nah!...I perpetuate---"Truth!"

 

Lies!?

Truth!? gets very complicated when any “lie” is indulged;

history changes from “fact” to faux-invented “Truth”-lies!

 

The resultant melee geometrically-compounds into pure-“fantasy”.

 

In the end (should such ever arrive) Truth becomes expendable.

“He” affording the “best”-lawyer wins regardless of any-“Truth”.

 

Reckon they are right about (simple-humble)-me. Sure-enough!

I confess to being so “dumb” that I always live in-Truth!

I can barely remember those “Truths”; if I lied---Well!...???

 

“Money” seems not to be the root of all-evil?---Lies!?...Well-now???

 

Life is so simple---keep it pure…this (modern-culture) is better!?

In-contemplation---and experience…I think not!

Out of nothing---came simple-humble I…an Independent-Individual!

First, I loved God, for His gift-of-life. Then, Mom & Dad. And, more.

Grandma’s Christmas-tree seemed my very first-delight---the aromas!

Colored-lights and shiny-ornaments! Wow! This Christmas-stuff is great!

Easter! With a basket full of green-grass and colored Easter-eggs! Umm!

Spring-rains and the delightful-promise fulfilled with wild-Morels! Yum!

Fox-Lake Red-ear fishing from a rowboat with a light fly rod. Delightful!

Evening-mass! Or, a novena! The subdued church glowing-heaven to this boy!

Serving-mass! Ah! 1^st-step on the road to becoming a priest!? Hmm!?

Very Good-intentions!?---Met Lovely Lady-Candice Leah!...Bye! Bye! Clergy!

Found---sacred-Baseball early-on…got a sacred-Rawling’s leather fielder’s glove!

Got some jobs---performed some work…made a buck or two…once in a while!

Learned, I did---to spend it “quick”…Hmm!? Tomorrow may not come!?

Fell in-love, I did---with Superman & The Lone Ranger…”my” heroes!

Truth! Justice! The American-way!---High-Ho! Silver! Away!...Amen!

If I gave my word---I kept it sacred-true…a measure of worthy-character!

Practice! Do-I!---Christian-generosity!...I live my holy-creed! Proudly!

I celebrate-Love---in-Life!...So-easy! As I am…Santa Claus! Awesome!

Gentleman-Rick & his Lovely-Lady Corri!

 

“…and, this ain’t one of them!”

 

When I grew-up, in the 50’s and 60’s (Yeah! I know! Ancient-history),

The men and women I knew were from the WW II-generation. Wow!

 

These self-reliant “heroes” were truly Ladies & Gentlemen! Proudly-so!

 

Today---it is difficult (though not impossible) to find a “man” or “lady”.

 

One of the honored gentlemen I am proud to know in this near desert-of-

mediocrity is a “man” I’ll call “Rick”; wife, Lady-Corri is a lovely-“Lady”!

 

Daughter-Becky meets an array of “friends” and “acquaintances”. A knack!

 

While mostly “calm” in her decency; the girl can, and, sometimes does, get riled.

 

She and Mr. “Rick” are good-friends; as such, he listens sympathetically.

 

After one of her “tirade-rants”, ole Gentleman-Rick will smile and offer:

"Becky! Some things are worth getting excited about---and...This ain’t one of them!”

 

Amen! To that! Sir! Amen!

Nanny taught Z. Tyler to play ball;

if he swung and missed, she said, “My-fault!”

Disappointment? He’ll “…Get-over-it!”

 

I taught him to ride a bike when Z. was only “2”!

If he fell and skinned a knee, we tried, again!

Failure! He’ll “…Get-over-it!”---and…-“Succeed!”

 

 Offered Z. exemplar-Love! which he reciprocated!

Celebrated a trinity of: Faith! Family! Freedom!

Christian-generosity! Z. Tyler always “Practiced-it!”

 

Our precious-“Little-man”---instinctively…“The-gentleman!”

“James-Bond!” “Don-Juan” “The apostle-of-Jesus”-“St. Peter!”

Exemplar! And, I pray! Z. Tyler will “Never…Get-over-that!”

 

Wedding-day! Celebrates a sacred-vow of “Eternal-Love!”

Happy-times! “Handsome”-Z. Tyler & “Beautiful” Lady-Jennifer!

Coming from a family that can stretch a birthday-celebration

And, that did not include the "money"-cards! Hmm!?
