 Saints! & Angels! Welcome! Miss Patti!

(Omnipresent amongst us!)

 

Comfort-soft Whisper-wind to where I belong

Must answer quick yon clarion-call eternal-song

 

For I have been---and am…now absent future ’morrow-call

Enjoyed sacred time-through-space onto heaven celestial-hall

 

Below sad-sorrow kin and friends lament my absence at their door

Yonder in cerulean-blue among the eagles me Freedom-spirit soars

 

One day! Too soon for thee but be assured, I shall wait

Thee and thee and all shall join me at His Angel’s-gate

 

I remember Saint!-Angel! Miss Patti with a tender-smile

We knew her well enough to share many a pleasant mile

 

Part-of-the-eon-ages! Now, she is! Yet left a comfort-mark

Communion-of-Saints! Band-of-Angels! Onto heaven embark

 

Go now! On thy sojourn! Christian-generous to us with Love!

Yon Master’s call requires thy holy-soul and sacred-spirit above

 

Adieu! Miss Patti! Until one day celestial we shall meet again

Rejoin Mr. Wilbur-mate and family and all and loving-friends

 

Yon sun no longer shines so comfort warm and brilliant bright

Miss Patti reluctant vacated time to enter Saints! & Angels! site

 

Thee soft-touched our lives sweet-darling pleasure Patti-girl

Remembering fond thy smile in sad emotion-passion swirl

 

Thank thee! Miss Patti! For a lexicon-of-Love treasure!

Thy sacred-time with us a pleasant-memory measure!

Through stinging sorrow-tears thy image-vision pleasure!

Sad news! R.I.P. Patti!

Friend Patti!

Our sympathy to Wilbur and kin and friends of Miss Patti!

Candy just informed me of Patti's passing. So sorry and sad!

Candy had been wilbur's teacher and we met him and Patti

years later at Red Roof C-store in Columbia. The couple 

clerked there and I was a frequent customer. Every time I 

showed up to purchase "lottery" tickets I would look at the 

big glass window to see if they were working. Each was 

always very friendly; Wilbur and Candy would talk about 

"school" back to his student days; Patti and Candy got 

to be friends. Often, Patti would come out to our car and 

continue a conversation until Wilbur knocked on the window 

and motioned her to come back in for customers. Delightful!

So very sorry! We really enjoyed Miss Pattie and Wilbur!

God rest her soul! She had an amazing spirit! Amen!
