Slander! Libel! Insult! Abuse! Scandal! Defamatory! Outrage!

All!---a blatant-purposeful open-exhibit of…debilitating…Hate!

 

The unspoken-Truth!---cancerous-hate!...devours its host-member!

Brown-eyed Blonde-beauty of extreme-intelligence and talent-true

A wife and perfect-mother devoted to all-the-greatness that you-do

 

But, first, my little-girl! A tom-boy on a horse; can shoot real-well!

Yet, in a lovely-dress---Oh! Boy!...Our gorgeous Southern-Belle!

 

Insisted on a horse at “4”; taught dad to ride on ole Lady-girl

Sent her off across the fields alone on a trail-ride fantasy-swirl

 

One fine Thanksgiving-Day Beth came back leading Lady-horse

She came-off with a broken collar-bone! My-fault! Of course!

 

It mended-fine and all went-well as we built our equine-herd so

Commander! Midget! April! Ara! Spirit! Lady! Stormy! Beau!

 

Mowing our old huge-yard working on her deep bronze-tan

Mom’s-rule! Morning for work! Then, a swimming-pool fan!

 

So very-proud of you in all the exciting adventure-endeavor fun

Splash-riding the creek! Vacations! Tin-Lizzy! I love you! Hon!

 

Straight-“A’s”! Always! Got cerebral-talent from your-mother!

I once had an “A”---had…the report-card of some kid-other!?

 

When you began to drive I was so very-proud and excited for-you

Saved me myriad-time and you honored your independence-due!

 

In-separable with kid-sister Becky-girl as we sure-enough had us a-time

Never got any-change from Rachel!? Beth returned every single-dime!

 

Had a job! Once!? Really!? Hid the bonus-cash in each closed-hand

“Pick-one! Girls!” 100-dollar bill! Each! Ah!-Fun! Well-planned!

 

Moon-light rides on the levee! Adventure-bound! 63-riders mounted!

Becky asleep in my arms in the-saddle; adventure-fun times counted!

 

Off to ole Oregon-land Willamette-University to study lawyer-kind

Vanderbilt in Nashville to conclude-endeavor for a J.D.-degree find

 

So very-pretty and genius-smart! My Erin-Regan! Proud! We-are!

Z. Tyler and Lexi-girl! Perfect! Just-begun---sacred!...Success-far!

Sweet-memories!---savored…until…forever…

 

February 11, 1967---warm!?...Mom painting but…Beth is-coming!

I had to work at A&P food store---Drat!...”Reverse”-gear went-out!

Love! At-first-sight!---Amen!...I loved you before that special-day!

I broke 2-rocking chairs holding you to give you a nap! Fun!-Fun!

Money was scarce as hen’s-teeth; bread-bags were your snow-boots!

What we did have in abundance was precious-sacred Love! Amen!

You wanted a horse from about age-2; we soon had “Little”-Lady!

Good ole Lady-horse taught us all to-ride! Getty-up! Go!-Girl!

We planted trees and shrubs and flowers; thanks for the fragrant-shade!

Fox-Lake was a favorite-haunt and state-parks with myriad-picnics!

One warm February you caught 22-bluegill, I got -0-! Way-to-go!

Vincent Price Studios put Beautiful-Beth’s picture in their mall-window!

We played---always…I hope you found treasure-measure as did-I!

Meramec Springs State Park near St. James, MO! Trout-hatchery!

Hawaii! Nashville! Chicago! Colorado! Oregon! Canada! Europe!

1^st of my straight-“A” students! Each-girl takes after their mother!? Wow!

Cardinal ball-games! Ice-skating! Sled-riding! Trail-rides! Horse-shows!

“Little Golden”-books! A new “Youth”-saddle for Christmas! Great!

Skipping-rocks across the lake-surface at ole Fox-Lake! You were Good!

Talent at the piano! Soft-ball! (Do-not pull that outside-pitch!) Hmm!?

A .22 rifle when you turned 12!---Annie Oakley…reborn! “10-ring!”

Bike-riding! Nanny got her first-ever “new”-bicycle for Christmas!

Taught you to drive! A big-help with chores on our farm! Thank-you!

Pets! Dogs! Cats! Horses! Cattle! Sheep! Ducks! Chickens! A-turkey!

Off to college at S.I.U.! So very-proud of your myriad-accomplishments!

Law-school in Salem, Oregon at Willamette University! Grand-times!

3^rd-year “visiting”-student at Vanderbilt in Nashville earning a J.D.-degree.

Successful-lawyer! Respected! Admired! Emulated! (a-judge!?---Yes!)

One fantastic-daughter! (the kind of child parents pray for!) Thank-you!
